Using ParcelLogic's Vendor Web Portal, your service partners are connected directly to your TMS, so information about shipments flow directly from your partner to you and on to your customer. No need to receive emails, or phone calls anymore, the information is logged directly to your system.

Similiar to the Operations Log in the TMS, your service partners get a proactive monitoring tool and get warnings when things are not happening on time. This gives you another line of checks and balances to make sure your customers orders are picked-up and delivery as expected.
